Served this meal at contest site after the band’s performance

Menu:
Papa John’s Pizza
Applesauce Cups
Granola Bars
Gatorade/Bottled Water

 

Papa John’s Pizza:

Ordered total of 58 pizzas. 22 cheese, 18 sausage, 18 pepperoni. Had too many cheese, so maybe next year do 20 cheese, 18 sausage, and 20 pepperoni.  Also, bus drivers asked if they could eat, and we had plenty.  Should probably factor 5 bus drivers into our figures when we feed at contest site.

 

Applesauce:

Purchased 5 cases of 36-ct Mott’s applesauce from Sam’s. We had 1 ½ cases left from band camp. This was one case too many.

 

Granola Bars:

These were parent snack donations that have been coming in since school started, but they became dessert today! We packed 215 granola bars and came back with probably 30 or so.

 

Gatorade/Water:

 These were parent snack donations that have been coming in since school started. Packed 170 Gatorade and 10 waters (plus parent cooler). Came back with 5 Gatorade and 1 water.
