• A: Hey Kristen - it's Mike Berning just up the road... We have invited the Superintendent to speak at our booster meetings in the months preceding the election. We have teamed up with the athletic dept and did a "literature drop." Kids were dressed in spirit wear or team wear and dropped off levy campaign information. The kids were only asked to drop off the information with a smile, not debate any issues with citizens. We had a phone bank open for questions if anyone ran into problems in the neighborhoods, or if a citizen had a question that the students didn't feel comfortable answering. Sorry to hear of your election results. What is next? Are you on the ballot again in the Spring. We will be on the ballot here too, it is a rough time for passing levies in Ohio... MB
